Prices
Q - What forms of payment does Adrenaline Freaks accept?
A - We accept CASH, Credit Cards, and personal Checks.

Q - What Credit Cards do you accept?
A - We go through a company called Pay-Pal, which accepts VISA, MC, and AmEx.

Cancellations
Q - Can I cancel my registration at any time without any penalties?
A - Yes, as long as you have not pre-paid, there are no penalties for cancellations.

Q - What happens if I cancel after I have pre-paid for the event?
A - If you cancel up to 10 days before the event, you will receive 90% of your money back.

Q - What happens if I cancel within the 10 day window after I have pre-paid?
A - If you cancel within the 10 day window and before the 7 day deadline, you will receive 50% of your money back.

Q - What happens if I cancel during the 7 day window after I have pre-paid?
A - No refunds will be given, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Q - What happens if I paid for my track day and I don't show up for it?
A - No refunds will be given, NO EXCEPTIONS! We will not forward your payment to the next track day.

Acceptable Riding Gear
Q - What kind of gear am I required to have to be allowed on the track?
A - Too much to explain, not enough room... Go here instead.

Race Track
Q - Where are these events held?
A - Pacific Raceways (Formerly Know As SIR), in Auburn, WA. Portland International Raceway (PIR) in Portland, OR. Thunder Hill Park in Willows, CA. Spokane Raceway Park (SRP) in Spokane, WA.

Licenses
Q - Do I need to have a race license to get on the track?
A - No, but you must have a valid drivers license with motorcycle endorsement.

Q - What if I don't have an endorsement on my license?
A - Adrenaline Freaks will accept a current race license from WMRRA, OMRRA, or WSMC

Q - What happens if I bring a friend that wants to attend the event and he/she does not have either of the licenses?
A - Sorry, but he/she will not be able to participate in the event.

Q - What if I am from a club that is not specified above, but have a valid license through them?
A - This will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Make sure to call ahead to verify validity.

Pay-Pal
Q - I was told by a friend to use Pay-Pal to pay with a credit card, why?
A - Pay-Pal is the company that we use to handle all cc transactions.

Q - Is Pay-Pal safe?
A - Yes, they are the top online cc billing company in the world. Very secure.

Q - How do I pay you using Pay-Pal?
A - Very easy, go to Pay-Pal and let them know that you need to make a cc payment to this account (payments@adrenalinefreaks.com) and then follow the onscreen directions, its very simple.

Food
Q - Is the price of the gate admission/event fee cover lunch?
A - No

Q - Will there be a vendor that will sell lunches at the track?
A - Yes, there will be a vendor provided by Pacific Raceways.

Q - Can I bring my own food to the track?
A - Of course you can.

Tires
Q - Do I need to have NEW tires to attend the track days?
A - NO, but we strongly recommend that you do so.

Q - How do I know if my tires will pass tech inspection?
A - Your tires must be in good conditions, no cords must be seen and you must have plenty of tread both in the middle as well as on the outsides.

Q - What happens if my tires don't pass tech?
A - Sorry, but you get to watch the rest of the day or you must purchase new tires. No Exceptions.

Q - Will there be any tire vendors at the track?
A - There usually are, but be prepared just in case we don't have any on site.


Crashes
Q - What happens if I crash?
A - Depends, if you are alright and are deemed ok by the paramedics and your bike is rideable, then you can continue the day. If you are taken to the hospital and are released, you will not be allowed to continue the day.

Q - What happens if I get transported and can't return to the track before the day is over?
A - You must at the beginning of the day, have turned in your emergency contact form so that we may contact whomever you have designated to come and get your things. Best thing to do in this situation is to always bring with you to the track, a friend or family member.

Staff
Q - How many staff members are in attendance during these events?
A - We have anywhere from 25-30 staff members.

Q - Who do I go to if I have a complaint about something/someone?
A - Event Director, Mario Alvarez.

Insurance
Q - Am I required to have medical insurance to be able to get out on the track?
A - No, but it is strongly advised that you have medical insurance. No medical insurance is provided to you by AF or Pacific Raceways. In the event that you are hurt and require medical assistance, your medical insurance may or may not cover you so we strongly advise you to check with your carrier.

Q - Will my insurance cover my medical expenses if I get hurt while at the track during the event?
A - Not sure, AF strongly advices you to check with your medical insurance carrier about what, if any, coverage you have while out on the racetrack.

Q - Am I required to have insurance on my bike to be able to get on the track?
A - No.

Q - Will my insurance pay out if I crash my bike at the track day?
A - You will need to contact your insurance carrier and enquire about this prior to the event.

Q - I got taken out by someone, will their insurance pay to get my bike fixed?
A - Highly doubtful, you and the person that had the incident will have to hash it out between the both of you. This is a dangerous event, accidents do happen, if you are not ok with the possibility that you could total your bike, you should not be here.

Racing
Q - Are there races held at the end of the day?
A - No, there is no racing at any time. Racing is strictly forbidden, this event is not a race! If you want to race, join WMRRA or OMRRA and race there.

Q - Is this event sponsored by WMRRA or any other club?
A - No, this and all other track days put on by AF are not sanctioned by WMRRA or any other racing organization. However, we strongly recommend the novice schools that they have.

Instruction
Q - Will there be any instructors available to show me a few ropes?
A - There will be racers and experienced track users there that may answer your questions and take you out there for a few laps to follow them around or give you guidance, but it is just that - informal hints and tips.

Q - Are there any schools held in conjunction with the AF Track Days?
A - No, not at this time. However, AF is currently in the process of putting together an instructor based program for street riders and will soon test it out. Stay tuned for more info.

Clubs
Q - Are there any clubs in the are that have racing schools available to take?
A - Yes, Mike Sullivan Race Schools, WMRRA, and OMRRA have schools designed to sharpen your riding skills both for the street and track.

Registration
Q - What time should I get to the track to register?
A - The race track opens at 6:30am, registration opens at 7:00am.

Q - Is there a registration closing time?
A - Yes, registration will close at 11:00am and re-open at 1:00pm.

Q - What happens if I get to the track at 1:00pm and have yet to register?
A - You will need to pay the same that everyone else paid. There are no "half day" discounts, so don't ask!

Q - What should I bring with me to registration?
A - You will need to bring your drivers license w/motorcycle endorsement ( if you are a streeter ), or your current competition license (if you are a racer ). Also, you will need to bring CASH to pay for the event if you haven't pre-paid. No Exceptions! There are a few banks in the town of Covington where you can withdraw money form your account via an ATM. You will also need to bring your signed and initialed release/waiver or just get one from the registration staff.

Q - I thought I could pay with a Credit Card or a check?
A - You must pay with CASH only if you have not pre-paid. Credit Cards and Checks must be verified before the event takes place.

Q - Why do I have to both initial and sign the disclaimers?
A - Its for both your protection as well as AF's.

Q - Does Pacific Raceways have it's own disclaimer that I have to sign?
A - Yes, you will be given it at the main entrance booth.

Spectators
Q - Can my friends and family members come and watch me at the event?
A - Yes, of course!

Q - Do they have to pay to get in?
A - No.

Q - Where can spectators spectate from?
A - There are clearly marked areas for spectators.

Fuel
Q - Will there be fuel available at the track?
A - Yes, Pacific Raceways will provide a gas attendant during certain times of the day.
